About us
Mini experts for over 15 years, My Mini Revolution (MMR) is a European leader in the restoration, maintenance, and preparation of classic Minis. Since 2010, we have developed a recognized expertise based on a guiding principle: doing things right, down to the smallest details.
Our 3,200 m² site (showroom, garage, workshop) is based in Bazainville and centralizes all of our activities. You will be joining a team of around twenty passionate individuals, where each trade works hand in hand: mechanics, engine preparation, sheet metal work, bodywork and painting.
The post
As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be involved in everything from routine maintenance to complete restoration/reconstruction projects. Here, mechanics isn't just about "replacing a part": it's about quality, reliability, and a flawless finish, ensuring our cars leave the shop looking impeccable and ready to drive.
Your main missions
- Perform a complete mechanical check (inspection, testing, identification of priorities, report).
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs: braking, suspension, steering, cooling, fuel system, exhaust, sealing, adjustments…
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, electronic depending on the model).
- Perform mechanical interventions with a “collection / premium” approach.
- Taking part in restoration/reassembly projects: Reassembly of cradles/running gear, brakes, engine peripherals, wiring harness/equipment, bodywork panels.
- Adjustments, alignments, finishing touches, checks before start-up.
- Follow internal procedures, maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Your profile
- Solid foundation in automotive mechanics (diagnosis, assembly, adjustments, precision).
- Experience with old/classic cars is a real plus (carburetors, ignition, wiring harnesses, "old-fashioned" assembly).
- You are meticulous, methodical, rigorous: quality comes before speed.
- Comfortable working independently, while also knowing how to work as part of a team with other departments.
- Good interpersonal skills and clear communication (technical feedback, priorities, transparency).
- Passion for cars.
