Origin of the Mini Innocenti

The Innocenti Mini Cooper was born from an agreement between Italian manufacturer Innocenti and the British Motor Corporation (BMC) in the early 1960s. Innocenti began producing its own version of the Mini under license in 1965, and subsequently developed separate models, often more luxurious and with specific engines. The Mini Cooper 1300 marked an important milestone in this evolution.

Produced from February 1973 in larger quantities (around 28 units) than the "non-export" version (around 000 units produced from February 10), the 000 Cooper Export was distinguished by a more luxurious and better equipped interior (specific seats, better quality carpets, rear defroster, sometimes wooden steering wheel), minor aesthetic details ("Export" badge), and potentially slight technical differences (engine similar to the English Mini Cooper S, possible Hydrolastic suspension).

Our model

Here is a very rare 1972 Mini Cooper 1300 Innocenti.

Dressed in the famous Rosso Corsa, a wonderful shade that sums up all the charm of this little Italian car.

It's simply remarkable. The recently restored bodywork is sound and rust-free, while the engine has been serviced for worry-free driving. The original interior hasn't aged a day: the upholstery is like new, without a single tear, and it happily retains the typical Innocenti steering wheel and its distinctive dashboard that all enthusiasts adore.

Fully serviced by us, it's ready to hit the road. It's the ideal car for enjoying the thrill of driving a small Mini full of character, with that Italian touch that the whole world envies.

A real favorite at My Mini Revolution.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A chance visit to My Mini Revolution and an impulse purchase of a used car. A few minor things were fixed on the car with quick response. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Paul! A magnificent showroom, by the way! Nathan

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After an initial vehicle suggestion that didn't appeal to me, Paul told me he would find a Mini that would be a better fit. Indeed, the second vehicle was the right one, and the order process, paperwork, and delivery were all perfect.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you to Paul for his warm welcome and passion. He introduced me to the world of Minis, both the classic and the newer models. Thank you for taking the time for the road tests, for considering my criteria, and for contacting me to offer a JCW with a decidedly sporty look, ready for the track. So far, it's been a great adventure with MMR! Thank you, Paul.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just received my little Mini from the MMR garage. Color, interior, exterior—nothing to complain about for a 28-year-old car. My wife and I received a very warm welcome from Paul. I just drove from Paris to Metz, and I'm thrilled. The one-year warranty on both the engine and gearbox is very reasonable. A big thank you to Paul and his entire team. Go check them out; they have a wide selection.
